Angry Gparted is not working properly on a dual boot Windows 10 and Linux Mint 19 Tara?

Gparted is not working properly on a dual boot Windows 10 and Linux Mint 19 Tara?

It works OK on 64 bit machines but does not work properly on my 32 bit machine.

It only shows sda as a single partition of half the size of that of the HDD.

It only shows the partition as ext4 of the linux

It also does not show the occupied parts on the partition.

Anyone have an idea as I cannot figure this one out?

What partition filesystem type is on the rest of the drive?

What does that mean? Isn't your ext4 partition with Linux 'occupied'?

So you're saying that the output of gparted does not agree with the output of fdisk?

Sorry but all you've done here is cite some details but you haven't shown much to illustrate exactly where it is incorrect or not working.

What's /dev/sda supposed to be and how big is the hard drive?

What other occupied parts are you expecting to see? swap, fat32, other?

Perhaps show the correct output as seen in 64-bit mode and then the incorrect output from the 32-bit mode.

sda is 100 Gb
The windows 10 NTFS
the gparted works normally on other pc's
and show the occupied portions of the drive.
Can I post photos then?

Sure if you like, photos help.

For me it would be what fdisk -l shows for 32-bit and 64-bit machines, if different. Then yes, the photos of the bad gparted would be interesting, and probably a mystery.

Have just found the Windows 10 is not installed so I am reinstalling it and Linux 19 everything.

So the only problem appears to be why it does not show how much is used in the partition.
