POP_OS! Bluetooth Problem - IdeaPad Gaming 3

Hello,

I am using POP_OS! 20.04. I use windows 10 alongside with POP_OS! I use bluetooth mouse. I have searched on web and I found mostly "how do I block bluetooth on start up" topics.

My bluetooth mouse was working. When I boot my notebook It was enabling it and It was working automatically. Later I decided to install TLP (also TLPUI) to manage my notebook power usage etc. It worked well for awhile.

Later, Bluetooth was not starting automatically. I inspected the situation. Actually It was not about bluetooh device.

Code:
rfkill list
0: ideapad_wlan: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
1: ideapad_bluetooth: Bluetooth
	Soft blocked: yes
	Hard blocked: no
2: hci0: Bluetooth
	Soft blocked: yes
	Hard blocked: no
3: phy0: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
Something was soft blocking Bluetooth. Changed TLP settings. I have tried "saved state" or "enable bluetooth on start up". It continued to soft block even I changed it in TLP. Also I have checked bluetooth config file for "AutoEnable=true". It was there.
Bluetooth service is enabled.

When I check journalctl -b -u bluetooth
Code:
Nis 08 11:50:16 pop-os systemd[1]: Started Bluetooth service.
Nis 08 11:50:16 pop-os bluetoothd[951]: Starting SDP server
Nis 08 11:50:16 pop-os bluetoothd[951]: Bluetooth management interface 1.19 initialized
Nis 08 11:50:19 pop-os bluetoothd[951]: Failed to set mode: Blocked through rfkill (0x12)
Nis 08 11:51:23 pop-os bluetoothd[951]: Terminating
Nis 08 11:51:23 pop-os systemd[1]: Stopping Bluetooth service...
According to the this log, Something soft blocks bluetooth and bluetooth service was trying to start but can't due to rfkill soft block.
I solved it temporary. But I had to do same things on everytime I booted my notebook.

After logging my account openning terminal and
Code:
sudo rfkill unblock all
sudo service bluetooth restart
When I have done this my mouse automatically starts to work. But I was tired to do this every start up.
I decided to remove TLPUI and TLP. The problem is gone when I removed TLP, TLPUI. So I thought that TLP bugged or something. I continue to use my notebook without TLP. It worked fine for awhile.

But today it started again. When I boot my notebook rfkill soft blocks bluetooth.
I manually do "rfkill unblock all && service bluetooth restart"

Help me please

I figured that if I boot with old kernel "linux-image-5.8.0-7642-generic" It works
But if I boot with updated kernel "linux-image-5.11.0-7612-generic" It does not work, I have to rfkill unblock and bluetooth service restart
So how can I fix it?

You have to use a newer kernel. There was a Bluetooth bug that was fixed in later kernels.
