Hibernate resume failed on kernel 5.9

I have upgraded to the latest 5.9 kernel on Fedora 32.

But after upgrading I am getting the following error when I am resuming from hibernation:

It happens at spurious times, mostly when my system is shut down for a long period of time, like two hours.

Is this a bug in the kernel or in systemd ?

Sometimes your swap file doesn't equal your ram size, and that happens.

Whatever desktop you have, you can usually set up when it suspends or hibernates in their power manager.

My swap size is more than the RAM, ie. 11 GB whereas RAM is 8 GB.
