NVIDIA driver error: "Card0" isn't valid for this driver"

I have installed the newest NVidia driver: NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-5336-pkg1.run,
disabled 'Load "dri"' and renamed f'Driver "nvidia"' in /etc/XF86Config:

I did modprobe nvidia:
--------------------
# lsmod
Module Size Used by Tainted: P
nvidia 1964928 0 (autoclean)
--------------------

error after '#startx' command:
---------------------
(WW) NVIDIA: Chipset "RIVA TNT2 Model 64" in Device section "Card0" isn't valid
for this driver
(EE) No devices detected.

Fatal server error:
no screens found
---------------------

error line in /var/log/XFree86.0.log:
---------------------
(EE) Failed to initialize GLX extension (NVIDIA XFree86 driver not found)
---------------------

What did I miss?
