Thank everyone for the help.
I tried many things from changing configs to forcing edid with no luck. Only thing that worked is a new 9$ DP cable. It worked like a charm without any hassle. Still unsure why it doesn't work with HDMI but right now i'm pretty happy with my setup. Again thank you guys.
