Battle.net not working on Crossover

Recently I have wanted to download Hearthstone on Linux. Since I don't really know how to use Wine, I went to the alternative, Crossover, but whenever it installs via the Battle.net app, it would get stuck on the message 'Updating Blizzard Agent' and a message will pop up saying it won't work. Please help. (I am relatively new to Linux)

What is the exact error message you are getting? Can you tell us word-for-word or supply a screenshot?

Web-searching the error may find ideas; maybe add " around it, and some keywords.

That PDF is a fantastic resource. Absolutely essential reading for Linux newbs. I'm also on the ZRT mailing list, so I usually visit here at least once a day and help where I can.
