If you'd really like to be a systems administrator, you should first get comfortable with reading documentation...like the LQ Rules, "Question Guidelines" and "How to ask a smart question" links. A subject of "Help" isn't good, and the question you asked has no answer. Further, by searching the forum (covered in the links mentioned before), you would have seen this has been asked and answered many, MANY times in the past.

So when you say "What will I do with Red Hat?", the answer is "Same as you would with any other computer you're responsible for, and whatever your employer asks of you"
And when you say "What are the opportunities?", the answer is "How should we know, when we have NO IDEA where you live, what your skills are already, what your resume looks like, etc."
