Any non-touch raspberry pi screens?

I recently bought a raspberry pi3, I'm surprised how powerful it is. Right now I'm looking for a screen that makes it more portable. I know you can get all sorts of touchscreens for it(and they're getting pretty cheap). But I'm thinking touch is just one more thing to give out. Does anybody know where to get screens without touch.

any hdmi display, like a TV is ok, or you can use it headless, with remote access.

Adafruit used to do one without touch, not sure if they still do though. IMHO touch is such a ubiquitous technology now that I wouldn't worry too much about the reliability, and, not being smart, but at some of the price-points for these shields they are pretty much "throw away" items if they do malfunction.

What I have found is that getting a decent "robust" case for a Pi with a screen attached to it can be problematic as they all tend to be a bit "hobbyist" and not something I'd like to have banging around in a backpack.

Remote access through vnc is a good option. I set up an old rooted android smartphone as a router, connected to another smartphone with a bigger screen and it works great!

I also did a little research on resistive touch displays. it seems you can add touch to any screen for fairly cheap.

Sure, I installed Hotspot Control https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...hotspotcontrol on a non-activated rooted android 4.0.4. This turns it to a portable router.

I installed realvnc https://www.realvnc.com/en/connect/download/vnc/ on the pi and then installed the vnc viewer on another android device. connected both of these to my router.

This setup is portable.....if you want to make sure 3 batteries are charged. It also makes good bragging rights .

where does the router phone get the internet from? wireless? mobile broadband? or some cable actually going into a wall plug?
and of course it only routes wireless connections?

Right now I'm just using it as a localhost cordless router with no internet. However if the phone would be activated I could share mobile data with any other wifi capable devices.
