Question Which Linux distro's have dialup networking for network stuff and nothing else?


no fetchmail, sftp, sshd, telnet, ftp, etc....

just Linux, X, dialup (ppp) networking and of course multimedia apps????

No sane distro would have just that. Sorry.

Just pick a distro that lets you install the components you want and just install those. Though I generally install sshd on all my machines for remote access.

I have never heard of a distro that provides just that. You can obviously choose not to install the networking stuff that you don't need.

It's easy enough to either choose to not install the stuff or to remove them.

Search .. google for a list of live cds (or even here)
and u shud have a huge list of live distros divided by category as u are asking
