You work as a career counselor, and have 5+ years of experience...shouldn't this be a question you can already answer??
And there is NO WAY anyone here can answer this, since there is no answer. It might be good, might not be good. No way of knowing what a company would look for, and anything that might be important to them would vary from location to location.
