Please do a search on this site for such things, because a LOT of people over the years have asked about certifications, their worth/value, books, etc. This particular question has no answer; it is like asking "how high is up?" There is no book that will give you a firm list of "these are your responsibilities" as an administrator, since they will vary depending on the company, team, skills, etc.
Further, your questions seem to focus on getting a 'certification' and becoming an instructor, and it seems as if you're viewing that as your end-goal, without seeing the work involved in doing it. You need to *KNOW* the subject first...not just pass a test or get a piece of paper. There are LOADS of people who are poor trainers, because they got a 'certificate', and didn't know anything past what it took to get it. And they create students that know nothing, but all of them have 'certifications'...and are all equally ignorant.
Learn Linux first; use it, think about troubleshooting, fixing, repairing, etc., and then move forward. A systems administrator job is not easy, there is no 'recipe' for doing it, a book to read, or a checklist that you can accomplish, just as there isn't for any OTHER job.
