Can't emerge pygobject-3.4.2-r1

I recently installed gentoo on an old laptop of mine and was going to throw gnome on it, everything works except I can't go further in emerging gnome as I can't emerge pygobject and I've never had this issue before.

So, if you know what I need to do please tell.

Here's the build log.

Here are some pointers for maintaining a healthy Gentoo system.

0. Don't try to emerge anything without bringing your box up to date first.
Code:
emerge --sync && emerge -avuDt --changed-use --with-bdeps=y @world @system
1. Set your system python to 2.7.
Code:
eselect python list
eselect python set n
2. If in need for further assistance post your emerge --info and use wgetpaste to provide relevant logs.
