Okay, I have a problem related to this now.
My dodo wanted to change her Microsoft bulb which went blue after using for some time.
Now when she changed it with a Mint bulb, after issuing :

sudo apt-get install bulb-O-mint0

she's been complaining of green florescence everywhere after that , what's the matter there?

PS : opening the windows doesn't help anymore.

I use a custom script and conky to let me know on my desktop when the lightbulb blows. Today, my connection failed and it couldn't wget the lightbulb, therefore, I didn't know if it was blown or not.

Unused dependencies in a few BSD light-bulbs cause this. Get them cleaned.

Mine's a blacklight...and no, I don't mean the kind that makes stuff glow purple, I mean a black light, i.e. one that puts out darkness instead of light.

For those wondering how it works: the filament is made of dark matter.

I have a few lightbulbs.

One is an older model, but I only have to replace it every two years.

The other is green and Minty.

Still another required me to assemble it myself.

Yeah? .... Well.... I had to rpm -Ivh just to get mine to install. F***** still wouldn't turn on until I grepped it and piped it to the socket.... in return, I had to mount it in /media just to see it. Get the pun? LOL
