The 11.10 kernel for Fedora 32 also fixed the issue. I applied it this morning

the disappearing cursor has been an issue in fedora upgrades since the 20 something version. Even I have had it and only 2 things fix it. 1 is to wipe and completely reinstall the system from scratch or wait and hope another update fixes it. Last one was upgrade F29 to F30 did it and the upgrade from F30 to F31 fixed it, but then obsoleted my video card. As a work around you can try anydesk and just remote into the machine which is great if it is seldom used only.
