Fedora 24 MATE 64bit sticky pop up

I am trying Fedora 24 for 64 bit and using MATE, running the installer on the USB the browser connected to the internet, but the pop up that said this was so, that I was connected to the wireless modem, remained in view for the term of the trial. An hour, will this happen if I install Fedora to my External memory?

After install the pop up error is not there, but maybe a minor error in the internet connection icon.
