Latest AntiX core 19.2_x64

Hi All,

I'm stuck at the first hurdle with this. Wanted to try it out in VirtualBox but whatever options I use to boot it stops at:
live-restore-services: restoring service links

And that's it.

Any ideas?

Did you check your download was good (md5sum)?

(Last time I ran it, it was OK.)

The same thing happens to me. I am not familiar with antix and a boot parameter might fix the problem.

https://download.tuxfamily.org/antix...ot-params.html

I found a workaround using bp=5 and deleting the services before the boot process. However, booting again stopped right after setting battery threshold levels. No clue what will fix the later problem yet.
Code:
cd /etc/init.d
rm live-disable-services live-restore-services

Hopefully a developer will respond with a fix.

Firstly, in Virtualbox settings > systems > Display > don't use 3D acceleration and use VBoxVGA Graphics controller.

You could also try removing the disable=lx and/or splash=v boot options at the live boot menu.
