Chromium has a clear win here. Its fast to start up and its fast at everything else.
Its still very young and the way it does things in some areas is not ideal in my prespective, but hopefully things will impove.
Despite all of the above, i voted for my new love, w3m. I wish all the web was simple enough to be surfed with this wonderful browser.

i was using opera and if firefox beta 4 would have not been made yet i would vote for opera . i like opera very much , it's sync feature , turbo and stuff , but still , now with firefox beta 4 everything seems snappier with the adblock plus add on.
will vote for firefox. but just because firefox has not been making good use of the space in previous versions . now it does . i give beta 4 a ten.
