I was running RC3 for a while. Very impressive, but couldn't find any clear solution to the USB keyboard problems. I wiped it and installed DragonFly 4.2. Will probably give it another go when I've got time.
It's now on my old netbook, but I haven't gone beyond the base system install as yet (ran out of time).
NetBSD is pretty much uncharted territory for me, so I will have to do some more research. I noticed 2 days ago that it did not seem to have all binary packages built for i386 yet (i.e. no fluxbox - but I don't mind building it).

Just finished the base install, network configuration, file editing, etc. XFCE 4.12 running without a hitch in Virtualbox. I'm very impressed with NetBSD 7.0, it is blazing fast!

The last days there was a discussion on daemonforums.org about the lack of attention and reviews on the new NetBSD 7.0 release. Therefore I decided to write a short review about it on linuxquestions.org. It's meant as a little support for the NetBSD-project. I am aware of some of it's shortcomings but I have a weakness for NetBSD. I am curious about your experiences.
