SLES9/apache2 and PHP5

SLES9 --

Anyone know what I would have to do to get apache2 installed with php5 support?

It looks like apache2 only "comes with" mod_php4 and etc, and SLES
does not seem to have PHP5. I did manage to find PHP5 on rpmseek, but
I'm not really sure what I have to do to be sure that apache2 knows
about and can use php5.

Any insights are appreciated!

I figure these are the basic steps:

1)install php5 (not sure which of the tons of items outside the core to choose ... and not sure where to get "the best package" for SLES9, but for sure include the mysql connector, since this is needed

2)Install apache2

3)then .... what post config stuff I have to do? I'm assuming/hoping I don't have to compile apache just for PHP5? I can just load the correct mod_php5 module, right?

I too want to use PHP5 on a SLES9 server, did you find a clean way of upgrading the packaged PHP4 to version 5? I also want to use MySQL 4.1 rather than 4.0.

I'm thinking the best idea may be to uninstall apache2/mysql/php using Yast and then just compile from source.
