Hard disc partition problems dual booting with windows


Hi, I recently installed 2 SATA drives alongside my 2 IDE Slave/Master chain, all drives are partitioned. I reinstalled windows and SuSe 10, only to find that ownership of all my FAT partitions are root. How do I change this to user. Thanks in advance.
Here is my fstab.

Usually you can just add umask=0000 to the "defaults" column of fstab. That should give everyone rwx permissions.
