Flash Player crashing in openSUSE 11.0

This link pretty much explains the issue that is affecting the Linux community with Firefox and Flash Player 9:
http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FP-146
I am experiencing much more problems with Flash Player 9 crashing Firefox in 11.0 than I did in 10.3. Also, this issue is affecting Opera 9.5 for me as well. I believe that I read on a Linux forum, possibly this one, where someone was able to implement the Windows version of Flash Player 9 into Firefox, thus alleviating the problems faced with the Linux implementation of Flash 9. My questions are the following:

1. Is this possible to achieve and,

2. If so, how could this be implemented for not only Firefox, but for Opera as well?

Thanks.
