Plug it in, and restart the automounter (/etc/init.d/volmgt stop; /etc/init.d/volmgt start).
Watch the system logs to see if the drive is recognized.

Got It
AS PER YOUR INSTRUCTION AFTER STARTING & STOPPING THE VOLMGT FLASH DRIVE IS MOUNT UNDER /rmdisk folder, which can be seen by "df" command
