Hibernation doesn't work after porting to LUKS+LVM

So I used to have my swap on /dev/sda4 which was 4G and hibernation/stand-by worked flawlessly. Recently, however, I ported my system to LUKS+LVM and the new swap partition is now located at /dev/tpt60vg/swap and is 4GB as well. I changed the default resume partition in the kernel config to that as well. However, when I hibernate and then try to boot up, an fsck is performed as if there was an unclean shutdown or the system crashed. What could be wrong?

Ok, never mind. I got it all figured out. Just had to add -h flag to mkinitrd and append to lilo.conf
