Can't Find Requirements For KStars

I have all of the requirements installed to compile and install KStars except for these:

libfam
libfam-devel

So, I went to RPMFind.net and found that the only version of libfam that they have is: 2.6.9-3. I checked my version of fam, and found that I have version 2.6.8-4.

So, I figured an update of my fam was in order (since I can't seem to find libfam-2.6.8-4). So, I downloaded fam-2.6.9-3.i386.rpm. Then I go to the folder in the console and type:

rpm -U fam-2.6.9-3.i386.rpm
and I get this:

What should I do?

libfam-devel, both dynamic and static (pick one or the other, I'd go with this one first)
