HELP with user mounting ntfs

How can a normal user mount a windows ntfs partition and have access to it?

I have put the entry

/dev/hda4 /mnt/hda4 ntfs pamconsole,ro,exec,managed 0 0

in my /etc/fstab

I can mount the partition, but can't read from it. The /mnt/hda4 changes from a rwxr x rx permission to r x permission for root only.
