there is another way, sslow but you need no software.
open konqueror and type "audiocd:/" in the location bar (with the audio cd in the drive)
konqueror will display the contents of the cd in a virtual directory structure. go into the folder labeled "Ogg Vorbis". copy a track from that folder and paste it in your home directory (or any other location you have write permission). that's it! the track will copy itself in *.ogg format, which is better than mp3 i believe.
