Question Cisco PCI 340 - anyone got in working on 8.2?

Hi

I have a new 8.2 installation. System is working fine except for my Cisco
PC4800 - PCI, wireless card:

$ hwinfo

23: PCI 09.0: 0280 Network controller
[Created at pci.65]
Unique ID: WL76.QBjvJtidapA
Hardware Class: network
Model: "AIRONET Wireless PC4800"
Vendor: pci 0x14b9 "AIRONET Wireless Communications"
Device: pci 0x4800 "PC4800"
Revision: 0x01
Memory Range: 0xeffffe80-??? (rw,non-prefetchable)
I/O Ports: 0xcc00-0xcc7f (rw)
I/O Ports: 0xc800-0xc83f (rw)
IRQ: 12 (no events)
Driver Info #0:
Driver Status: aironet4500 is not active
Driver Activation Cmd: "insmod aironet4500"
Config Status: cfg=yes, avail=yes, need=no

When detected by yast2 it suggests to uses the module "aironet4500". I get
no messages in /var/log/messages after commit the changes.

$ ifconfig -a

lo Link encap:Local Loopback
inet addr:127.0.0.1 Mask:255.0.0.0
inet6 addr: ::1/128 Scope:Host

collisions:0 txqueuelen:0
RX bytes:260237 (254.1 Kb) TX bytes:260237 (254.1 Kb)

Trying

$ modprobe aironet4500
modprobe: Can't locate module aironet4500

So I've tried using the module "aironet4500_card" in yast2 and get this:

# iwconfig

sit0 no wireless extensions.
eth0 no wireless extensions.

The card work fine under WinME on the same box. I also have no problems
getting Realtek RTL-8029(AS) network card working.

I've looked around on the internet and this cisco card should be straight
forward to get going. Any ideas on what I can try next?

thanks
