VLC Player Issues

I work on a Red hat Linux Enterprise V4 machine and i am trying to install VLC media player to watch streaming video.

I did install it, but when i run the command "vlc" in the terminal i get an error message

"vlc: error while loading shared libraries: libdvbpsi.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

Can anyone help me with this.

thank you
