Observing High memory foot print on rhel 4 than in other linux 7.3 /solaris 8,9,10

I have built the same code on linux4, linux7.3, solaris 8,9,10.
When I installed and using the application, I have 5 process running. 3 processes taking a high memory in RHEL4 than the other linux versions. The difference is as high as 100MB.

How can I track this?
