Tried to load Mepis 6.0. Failed to install any Pci devices
Winxp started to hang. Tried to reinstall xp but it always hung installing devices. Switched to Mepis 6.0. Also failed to install. Found old copy of Mepis 3.4.2 and that loaded and ran everything. My laptop uses irq 11 for all pci devices. What could 6.0 have that 3.4.2 does not have that would stop 6.0 from loading ???
I tried pclinux os and linspere and mepis 6.0 and they all failed to load, live cd and install. The loads seem to get to the point of finding the pci dvices and then hang.
