OpenSUSE vs. Promise 378

I have a motherboard (Asus SK8N) with an onboard Promise 378 Controller. SUSE refuses to install, because it can't deal with my software RAID configuration. Is there any way around this?

Well, I can get OpenSUSE's YAST installer to see my SATA RAID Hard Drive, but not my IDE Hard Drive connected to my onboard ATA 150 Controller. Does anyone have any idea where I could find a proper driver? I looked on Promise's web site, and they only have a 9.2 driver.
