dnf won't install, update on new Fedora 25


Fedora 25 Upgrade dnf won't update, install.
Have done a lot of Fedora installs, upgrades , but I ain't
never seen this before.

Error: Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'fedora'

The repo could be down.

Check your dnf config file and make sure it's correct and check on your repo list.

To check on the repo list run:
