Slow boot on fresh Ubuntu 16.04

Fresh Ubuntu 16.04.1 installed on Lenovo ThinkPad X230 using mini.iso. Only basic system was installed from CD, other packages was installed manually. Booting is very slow
Code:
$ systemd-analyze
Startup finished in 3.521s (firmware) + 3.481s (loader) + 2.032s (kernel) + 3min 586ms (userspace) = 3min 9.622s
Here is output of systemd-analyze:The only strange thing I noticed on the plot is delay at the initialization of device (seems this is bluetooth controller)
Code:
sys-devices-pci0000:00-0000:00:1a.0-usb1-1\x2d1-1\x2d1.4-1\x2d1.4:1.0-bluetooth-hci0.device
I tried to disable bluetooth.service, but this does not help, boot time remain long.

Also I looked at dmesg and found this
Code:
[ 6.166619] input: TPPS/2 IBM TrackPoint as /devices/platform/i8042/serio1/serio2/input/input7
[ 92.438151] audit: type=1400 audit(1476684183.179:2): apparmor="STATUS" operation="profile_load" profile="unconfined" name="/usr/sbin/ippusbxd" pid=613 comm="apparmor_parser"
As I understand, trackpoint initializations takes a lot of time.

And later there is another delay after setting up WiFi
Code:
[ 96.521321] IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_CHANGE): wlp3s0: link becomes ready
[ 135.215968] usb 3-2: new high-speed USB device number 2 using xhci_hcd
Any ideas/hints how to fix these problems and get reasonable boot time?
Thanks in advance!

I would see about determining which kernel module your bluetooth device uses, and blacklisting that in /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf.
