Can't use "iptables-apply" in Jessie!!!!

Hello.
When I use "sudo iptables-apply" in Jessie is show me :

Error: rulesfile not readable: /etc/network/iptables.up.rules

What is my problem? I saved my current rules in /etc/iptables.rules.

umm, of the top of my head? Why put the rules where IPtables is NOT expectin' them? It says

Error: rulesfile not readable: /etc/network/iptables.up.rules

...yet you hav them in

/etc/iptables.rules.

And...are the rules readable for the group IPtables in in?
Again...just spinning thoughts here...dotn shoot me
