How to make Red Hat prompt for each service at boot up?

I remember seeing a way once to make Red Hat prompt and ask if you want to run each individual service at boot up. I'm not referring to single user mode, but booting into regular multi-user, but a key combination you can press at boot that allows you to confirm (with a yes or no) each service before it runs. Does anyone remember what that was? I've searched Google a million different ways, but drawing a blank.

I know I've done it before too... it's driving me nuts I can't remember.

Thanks!

add the kernel arg

Code:
confirm

I think you can also hit 'i' or 'ctrl i' at some point, but I don't remember when.

Thanks. I'm bumping this in case anyone else has ideas too. I know it exists. I've used it before.

As notKLaatu stated
Code:
     Welcome to Red Hat...
Press "I" to enter interactive startup.

The first time I tried it didn't work, but when I tried it again just now it did. Thank you both!
