Azureus Won't Download/Upload
I just setup NDISWrapper/WPA Supplicant. They work great. I use Arno's IPTables-Firewall to forward the internet connection and manage my IPTables. Anyway, P2P applications work, but BT ones do not. I get a green face, but no connections are made.

Look at the Azureus wiki for probable answers - which ports are you using, and are these open on your router?

Sigh... How many times must I say that I get a green smilely face... Yes, the router has the ports open. I even tried turning off the Linux Firewall. Still no go.

Well, technically I wish to change the title of one... You see, this thread is about Azureus downloading, the other thread is about the program locking up my system. But I can't change titles...
And what do I do if I can't bump? Post a new thread? Or just assume no one here has any idea what's going on, and forget it?

There's another thread. Nobody knows about this problem? Everyone assumes it's a NAT issue. It's not. We can be a DMZ and turn off all other firewalls, it still won't work.
*Edit: Well, now they think this thread should be about both problems. Okay...
Now Azureus now says:
"GC Warning: Repeated allocation of very large block (appr. size 4198400):
May lead to memory leak and poor performance."

Thread titles can be changed, but it's a root function.
If you report your own thread and ask for a title change, it can be done
(Keeps that conversation away from the thread..)
The title now is ok as it is..
Have you looked further into the packets Azureus is sending/receiving?
tcpdump is a good tool or iptraf for a general look..
You can also try compiling the programme yourself and look at it's optimisations. GC warnings like your ones aren't a good sign.

Compile java under Linux? How would I even start. TCPdump? Well, let me run azureus, and see if that reports anything.
