How Many Women Use Linux?

Im just curious as to how many women are using Linux......
They seem rare......
Has anyone else noticed this?

no women linux users after 30 views........hmmm
I guess Linux is just too geeky for them.

Got to give it time.. We do have 3 women or as two of them prefer "girlies" on the site with over 1,000 posts and two of them are moderators.

Maybe they don't want to post but maybe if you want setup a poll?

we're all linux users.. sex does not count to me.

It wasnt a sex related issue......just wondering for general knowlege how many lovely and polite ladies are browsing with linux....I havent seen many.....and it struck me to post this just to see if I get a response.....

the good bit... people are there in a large variety.

and ofcourse... well.. in my opinion.. no knowing
keeps the mystery alive... and mystery always makes
things interesting...

There are some on IRC, but don't assume they are all straight, that is not a safe assumption to make.

what does sexual preference have to do with anything.

My wife uses Linux, but mainly because I force her to. :P

If I'm not around though, she usually boots back into windoze.

deepsix is curious on how many users or members are women, there is nothing wrong with asking this question. So lets all move on and not make an argument over the actual question.

Linux is hard to for them. Almost of girls are using Windows
