More importantly, which one has lot of growth and opportunities? Is it MCSE or RHCE ?

No one knows what is better, or where you'll grow...no one knows the future. And if you want a job as an admin, you need to learn to do your own research...start by looking up training centers, rather than asking others to do it for you.
And if you're basing your
entire career on a single certification, you
WILL NOT succeed. Don't get a 'certification'....get KNOWLEDGE. If you think just having a certificate will get you there, you're wrong. There are THOUSANDS of things that aren't on any test, that you are going to have to contend with on a regular basis. This is where experience comes in.
Download CentOS, install it, and learn it. Configure services, troubleshoot them, follow guides and do research to answer your own questions. That way, when you DO take a certification test, you'll be VERY well qualified for it.
