Don't know how to update my version of Puppy

Recently I installed a version of Puppy Linux_Mozilla with an automatic installer for Windows XP.

Everything works fine, except internet, and when the computer begins I have the options of booting to Windows XP and Puppy now.

I know I can configure and work my modem in the more uptodate versions of Puppy because I can do this on the live version. However I am not sure how to go about installing a new version of Puppy without disrupting my dual boot configuration.

Step by step explanation would be best as I am pretty new working with Linux. If anyone needs anymore details then ask.

Any help greatly appreciated.
Cliff

Puppy Howto Videos - I believe you should be able to boot the new version and it will detect that you need to upgrade an older version.
