Hello, all!
I have "played" with Linux off and on for a number of years, but am now making a much more concerted effort to really learn it.
I have an old XP machine that I replaced the Windows XP operating system with Linux Debian Jessie. After Imgotmit running well,mI decided to get a Raspberry Pi3 and put Raspbian on it, which is based on Debian Jessie. I'm setting it up to be a midi synth to play my Ewi through. Am getting help from Ben Gonzalez on it based on his page on the Ewi-Pi.
The best way for me to learn has always been to have a project to work on. A
I still have a Windows Vista machine and a Windows 10 netbook as well as a Windows 7 netbook and a couple of iPads, so I haven't gone completely to Linux yet, but there's no telling what might happen in the future!
