while loggng I didn't find X


I'm using RH 7.2 And while logging to system I was at command line
1-how to get Xwindows (kde,gnom)?
2-And what is the cause make this problem

did you try to type :
startx

and the cause of this is because you are booting to runlevel 3 ...
if startx works, then you can edit you /etc/inittab to boot directly to the GUI
the line that says :
id:3:initdefault:
will have to be changed to :
id:5:initdefault:

that is, if this is the case ... you may not have X KDE or GNOME installed ...
but see if startx works, and we'll go from there

Just want to assure you that booting into a command line interface isn't a "problem".
Some of us consider it a blessing.
