Samba Share = Network Access is Denied

I have Samba running on debian but when i try to access it via Windows, i get the following error

Network access is denied

here's my smb.conf

Sometimes the problem is Windows, not Samba.

A few questions:
Are you running everything as root?
Did you add the user root to smbpasswd?
Did you use the alias administrator=root?
Did you want security=user?
