Been messing with this for days now so maybe i need a little help.Trying to get mysql4.0.14 to work on my slack machine. Keep receiving the error ./mysqld: Can't change dir to '/var/lib/mysql/' (Errcode: 13)

Any help on fix would be great thanks. This is a new install trying to get running.
