[Log in to get rid of this advertisement]
Inspired by this thread, we have created a LinuxQuestions.org Frappr map that will allow you to get an idea of the geographic distribution of your fellow LQ members. If you have a moment, feel free to head over and enter yourself on the map. Thanks.

Nice idea, what about all the members accidentally adding themselves as mods though?

They can simply edit it afterwards. (I know as I did.)

Yes, but 11 of the 22 "mods" listed are not moderators.

I did noticed that also, but am not sure there is anything I can do from my end. I'll take a look to verify, but I know it can be changed from the users end.

I just wasn't seeing it. The map has been updated (although I can't see a way to change the order of the pins, so that mod is not the default).

Could the default number of "pins" be increased? It appears that the default is only 50, but with almost 200 LQ'ers now logging into the Frappr map, in order to see everyone globally you need to keep asking the site to show more
