I have changed the hdparm once, and the next time I have boot up th comp, I've got this messages:
Sep 14 03:31:23 linux kernel: hda: drive_cmd: status=0x51 { DriveReady SeekComplete Error }
Sep 14 03:31:23 linux kernel: hda: drive_cmd: error=0x04 { DriveStatusError }
Sep 14 03:31:23 linux kernel: hda: drive_cmd: status=0x51 { DriveReady SeekComplete Error }
Sep 14 03:31:23 linux kernel: hda: drive_cmd: error=0x04 { DriveStatusError }

and this:

Sep 14 03:31:23 linux modprobe: modprobe: Can't locate module block-major-8
Sep 14 03:31:24 linux last message repeated 7 times
Sep 14 03:31:24 linux modprobe: modprobe: Can't locate module char-major-203
Sep 14 03:31:24 linux modprobe: modprobe: Can't locate module char-major-203

hdparm look like this:
/dev/hda:
multcount = 16 (on)
IO_support = 1 (32-bit)
unmaskirq = 1 (on)
using_dma = 1 (on)
keepsettings = 0 (off)
readonly = 0 (off)
readahead = 8 (on)
geometry = 2434/255/63, sectors = 39102336, start = 0

I've tryed with diferent parameters but it just dont save them. Next time I boot up it looks just the same.. I've used the -k1 option, and I do not have /etc/rc.local file on SuSE distro...

Please help...
