Doesn't seem like Ubuntu Linux 9.04 is a good operating system

I'm a newbie, and am the administrator of my computer, and am having prblms. I don't have 'Removable Drives and Media Preferences' under Preferences. How on earth do I enable this ? I thought it comes with Ubuntu so that when a digital camera and pda is USB docked with the system and powered up that they can sync.

Maybe, in future, you can use a title that covers the topic.

And yes, I agree that Ubuntu 9.04 is about the worse one that was ever there.
And no, no solution as I don't know what you're talking about. Digital camera should work out of the box, pda I don't know.
