Please help!The iscsi can't find partition


Hello! Server 192.168.1.114 The /etc
[root@redhat6201 sbin]# /etc/init.d/tgtd stop
Stopping SCSI target daemon: [ OK ]
[root@redhat6201 sbin]# /etc/init.d/tgtd start
Starting SCSI target daemon: [ OK ]
[root@redhat6201 sbin]# tail -5 /etc/tgt/targets.conf
#</target>
<target iqn2>
backing-store /dev/cheng/hai
initiator-address 192.168.1.117
</target>
I have test,No problem!

The iscsi client 192.168.1.117 ,please look!
[root@redhat6301 ~]# iscsiadm -m node -T iqn2 -p 192.168.1.114 -l
Logging in to [iface: default, target: iqn2, portal: 192.168.1.114,3260] (multiple)
Login to [iface: default, target: iqn2, portal: 192.168.1.114,3260] successful.
[root@redhat6301 ~]#

But when I input "fdisk -l",I didn't see partition,My first test is ok!,When I
reboot the system ,I didn't see zhe share partition! Everyone could help?Why
Display login successful,But I can't find partition??

Well you have to partition first the iscsi disks.

I have the partition,And the first it's Findings show that hard disk,But when I reboot system ,I can't find the shared disk

Did you enable the service at boot time? Also did you enable login = automatic not manual? Maybe logs would help.
