Clarify that. Are you running PCLinux from the iso file you put on a DVD or flash drive? If so, anything you install will be gone on reboot. That's the nature of it.
If you have PCLinux installed to a hard drive, just open Synaptic, enter your root password and click the Search tab at the top of the Synaptic window and type in wine. You should see several options.
