startx.
well not all x apps are ok. some, like gaim and epsxe display menus and stuff in korean. konsole apps such as vi do that too.
i think it's the LANG variable problem, but it keeps going back to korean.
when i kill x, however, my nonroot account's LANG variable is english and vi is in english. it's just that when i start x, the variable changes to korean.
