I don't want the web page to save the text on field.

Dear Friends,

I have inputbox but when I type a value on it automatically save when you try to visit again the page you will see the value on the list in Mozilla.

I don't want the web page to save the text on field. What am I going to do?

Tools-> Clear Private Data....not this one.

Once my customer type the credit-card number I want the number not seen again on the said browser.

thanks

Go to Edit > Preferences > Privacy and uncheck the tabs that say Keep history or remember downloads or forms search bars and also check the tab clear private data.

thanks for your reply, sorry for my english, I will explain to you more what I want. What I need is a code on a inputbox settings that automatically remove the value that you key in.

I am developing a payment gateway and every guest or user who visited my website anywhere it happens that when they type their credit-card number on mozilla browser the value is automatically saved by the textboxes once you try to use the browser again so I want to remove the save values by means of coding because not all browser users are familiar in Edit>Preference>Privacy command.

Thanks.
